Speaking your truth can be tough when there is no shortage of people judging you. Whether those judgements come from people in your life or hate comments from people online. In many sports games, you have the athlete on the field doing their best to win the game. And then you have the haters in the crowd who think it’s a good idea to boo and jeer.  The haters who think it’s a good idea to tell you how to play the game. Meanwhile, those same haters are overweight, unhealthy, have probably never picked up a ball and they yell at the players while munching down on hotdogs and smashing back their coke. Is this someone who you would take advice from? Of course not. Unfortunately, many people hold back their truth and do not speak up for what they stand for in fear of being judged by the people around them.  I get hate messages all the time from people who get triggered with me standing up for what I believe in. And look, it’s totally fine if you don’t agree with what I say. But it’s a different story when you get messages from those who resort to name-calling and using guilt tactics against you. To me, someone’s opinions and arguments no longer become valid when they do that. The fact of the matter is we have too many people who do not speak their truth. As they say, "the truth will set you free". We live in a time of confusion and uncertainty. People live in fear of what will happen in the future. But you, as an online coach, can come in and give them that certainty by expressing your truth. Which is why in this email, I’m calling you to step forward as a leader. Even if you supported the life of just one person… That person could then support the people around them and cause a ripple effect. Your voice makes a difference whether you have only 2 followers or 1000s of followers on social media platforms. If there is one truth that you want to speak about to either your followers or the people in your life… But you have not spoken this truth yet, then, ask yourself this question...Why? What are you NOT saying or expressing that you know you want to say? Over this past month, I’ve gained thousands of new followers and video plays on Instagram. People all over the world related with my stance against those who are forcing and coercing everyone to get the vaccine. As a result, I’ve also gained a lot more students who see themselves becoming impact-driven online coaches.  And all I did was express my truth. When you speak your truth, not only do you attract the people who see you, who hear you and understand you… It elevates your coaching business too. So if you’ve been in a space of fear for speaking out your truth, then let this email inspire you to stand up for what you value. Your REAL followers are the ones who appreciate you for speaking your truth especially in times of mistrust, lies and manipulation. God Bless! . . Joel Brown Founder ELEVATE YOUR MIND.
