Struggling with Imposter Syndrome? (Do THIS)

In fact, one of my mastermind students, Philly… Grew up with limiting beliefs such as… "People like you don't get very far in life" "I cannot get very far without my mother's blessing" She had been hearing these words being said to her for so long that it was normal. But this led her mind to become paralyzed by fear and imposter syndrome… That it kept her stuck at the same level as a coach. Here’s what I noticed during the Niche of Influence Masterclass I held a few weeks ago. Half of the attendees had imposter syndrome. Even a good number of coaches I work with inside the Influential Coach program… Who had years of life experience and certifications were still plagued with the imposter syndrome. I struggled for years with my own imposter syndrome. But the thing about limiting beliefs like imposter syndrome is that...beliefs can be RENEGOTIATED! Because once Philly had done the deep work to expose her limiting beliefs and then renegotiate with them… She was able to finally control her imposter syndrome that still plagues too many coaches to this day. Think of your mind like your business partner If you don't like the terms being set, then you can always challenge and renegotiate the terms. You are the one in control. And the first step is to get clear on what your limiting beliefs are. Because how can you change your limiting beliefs when you don’t even know what they are?  So what you can do is get crystal clear by writing down all your limiting beliefs down on a sheet of paper. Anything that pops up onto your head, just write it down. Because once you're aware of them, you can be like… "Hey, I'm not angry at you. But I don't like the deal we have here. It's time to renew and renegotiate". That way, you're able to work together with your mind as a business partner… And not a slave to your thoughts, emotions and belief system. The 95% of people who go around and not do the deeper work to renegotiate their beliefs… Will stay stuck in their limiting beliefs.
