Before I knew it, A2S became the #1 motivational website in the world with over 320 million views. And it's all because I had created a CRYSTAL-CLEAR MISSION for A2S! Picture it. You put out content on your social media. You look at your DMs/email replies and you see a flood of replies like... "When is your coaching program coming out?" or "I can't wait for your next retreat". In other words, you now have a LOYAL COMMUNITY who trust you on a deep level. I used to host personal development retreats in Bali. And it's actually so surreal to me how the amazing people who attended this retreat… Didn't know who I was until they read my content online. They vibed with my message so much that they were willing to invest thousands of dollars to meeting and doing deep spiritual work with me in-person. That's the power of a CRYSTAL-CLEAR MISSION for my brand! On the other hand, I've seen so many coaches who don't have a crystal-clear mission. And what happens is they don't give birth to a LOYAL COMMUNITY. Instead, they have to settle for a DISTRACTED AUDIENCE! It's the type of audience that checks your brand out for a brief moment. Maybe they like a few of your posts. But they would NEVER trust you enough to invest thousands into your coaching program. They then get distracted with something else that has nothing to do with your coaching business. So now you’re probably wondering... How do you create a CRYSTAL-CLEAR MISSION for your coaching brand? Well, here’s one key principle that needs to be followed... NEVER ASSUME what your people want. Often, we think we know what the people we are serving are thinking. But that could be further from the truth. Many coaches end up guessing what their people want. And this leads to a WEAK MISSION for your brand. So here are some of the things you can do to make sure you NEVER ASSUME...  - Take a look at what people say in your comments section. - Dive deep into what's really keeping your people awake at night. - Figure out how you can solve their most painful problems so they can sleep like a baby instead.
