how to grow a phat and profitable email list

I asked my Email Rainmaker mastermind members what they need help with most right now. "Email list growth" was tops for most. Which makes sense since the bigger your list, typically the more money you'll make. So... would it be cool if I gave you a quick email list-building masterclass? This is the exact process I'm using to grow my list for $2.24 per lead and make big-ticket bucks on the backend. Here it is... 1. Get crystal clear on your WHO and WHAT. Your niche and result you help them achieve, in the timeframe you help them achieve it. It should be clear enough where you can put it in one sentence. "Helping [who] to [what] in [time]." 2. Create a banger piece of long-form content that breaks down how you help your WHO get results. It also invites them to get your help with implementation. This is much easier if you already have customers/clients because you just reverse engineer who they were and the process you took them through. You should only send it to folks who it's relevant for so you know if it's hitting. What you're looking for is engagement, or best case sales. 4. Turn your banger into a book. People understand books which is why they make fantastic lead magnets. Add an intro, conclusion, and case studies. The content should already be written from the last step. Hire someone on Fiverr to create you a 3D mockup of your book. 5. Create a simple opt-in funnel and run FB/IG ads to it. You need an opt-in page with a picture of the book, a thank you page with an optional self-liquidating offer, and a welcome sequence once they join your list. Go to NoSalesCalls(.)com and opt-in to see an example of this. Once someone is on your list, you can stay in touch with them and sell them into your backend offers where the real money is made.
