I’ve spent 2023 experimenting with a ton of diff biz stuff. In the OFFER realm I’ve done… - Low, mid, high ticket - One day live trainings - 30-60 day workshops - Group coaching/consulting - Online courses, community membership, tools and templates - 1:1 engagements for 30/90/180 days, both DFY and hybrid DWY In the TRAFFIC + CONVERSION realm… - Email of course - Ads direct to application - Ads to lead gen book funnel - Borrowing audiences from other folks - LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and IG content All that being said… I think I’m finally figuring out what I want it all to look like. (Thank you to my brilliant marketing friend James Kemp for inspiring this post. [He wrote on FB]( sharing how he went from $0 to $100k/mo in 61 days and it lit the fire for this.) It’s so EZ for me to look at someone else’s biz and provide advice/direction. It’s a lot more difficult doing it for yourself. And while I have absolutely ZERO complaints about how things are right now... I do feel like I’ve been shooting from the hip and "coasting" a bit. This is an accountability post in hopes to change that. So here is what will be actioned out from now until 12/31/2023 to help me get to $200k/mo net: === 1/ Redo my website. The branding and messaging needs an upgrade. Now that I have more traffic, I need to give people a clear and correct first impression on what I do, who I help, and how I help them. 2/ Relaunch my newsletter. Create a video breaking down my biz model and a bada$$ freebie to get people stoked to join my list. I want it to be the place for people who sell education/training offers. Coaching, consulting, courses, memberships, workshops, events, etc. 3/ Launch the monthly Rainmaker Recipes for $1/day. I’m still planning what this will look like. My goal is to have a continuity offer where I share the best campaigns, emails, and frameworks from every month. 4/ Relaunch my Rainmaker Inner Circle for folks who want to build their own Offer Buffet and the acquisition system to sell it. I launched it in December 2021 and it’s still running - but I want to make the community, connections, and quality of training even better. 5/ Scale my 2 cold traffic acquisition funnels, so that I could quit social media if I ever wanted to. Not likely, but good to have the option. 6/ Enroll 10 1-on-1 clients where we can go deep on their marketing and sales systems. LOVE doing this and will always have it available. === Stoked to get this going. A lot of it is already in motion… But looking forward to reflecting on this plan the end of year to see how it all looks.
