3-page gdoc does $43k in a day

You see this ugly Google Doc? It's 3 pages long with a ho lotta white space to boot. And it's for a new-ish $24,000 1-on-1 offer I wrote in about an hour on Monday. Yesterday, I signed up 2 folks using the P.S. line in my daily email. One of them was from my email workshop. So he's upgrading from one thing to the next. The other only joined my list a few weeks ago. He's never bought anything before, we never spoke on the phone, and I've never seen his name show up on my socials. Yet there he was, wiring a not-so-little amount of cash. I'm gonna have a ton of fun with these gents... writing bangers and making it rain. And it will never NOT be wild that people I haven't met before send me 5-figure checks to help them write a bunch of words that sell their stuff on the internet. Now, in light of Hormozi giving away a bunch of his info products away for free... resulting in more info and content being shared freely online... I predict this "hybrid" model of DWY and DFY taking off over the next few years. I've seen this as both a buyer and seller. As a buyer... the bulk of the last $100,000 I've spent on biz has been on 1-on-1 consulting, coaching, mentorship, and DFY services. As a seller... my high-end 1-on-1 hybrid offers are the easiest to sell by far. And the feedback I get from clients is... "Thank you, the last thing I needed was another course or group coaching program where I had to watch hours of video. I just want to get this DONE." By no means am I saying to give up on what's working. If you're selling info products, group coaching, online courses, etc... keep rollin. I'm still gonna sell them too. But if you want to tap into the high-end of your market? And make high 6 to 7-figures with less than 50 clients? Consider rolling out a hybrid 1-on-1 offer. You attract the cream of the crop in your market, get paid a premium, and it's much easier (+funner) to get results for someone who already has momentum.
