[image] From the Founder Hi {NAME}! As humans, we SUCK at handling fluctuations. And as business owners, we might not be able to avoid them. Take my veggie-growing adventures... Some weeks I'm scrounging around trying to find a few leaves to cut for a small salad. A few weeks later, I've got 12 giant radishes, 2 heads of cauliflower, 3 large beets, and so much kale I need to eat stat. (Otherwise, they'll get too big and tough.) The ups in our businesses might feel like "too much to handle"... if we even recognize the abundance they bring. The downs remind us to keep planting and trust that more is on the way. It's not easy swinging from one extreme to another. I'm not sure it's possible to have a totally smooth ride in business, or in the garden. There are seasons of growth spurts and hungry gaps. The best we can do is plan for these waves, and enjoy the abundant times even if we aren't comfortable with all that goes along with them. [image] P.S. If you'd like some gorgeous watermelon radishes, I'm happy to share! Try this tip!
