[image] From the Founder Hi {NAME}! Stop tying your happiness to an algorithm's whims. That's the advice I've been giving myself again lately. Just when I thought I was over the addiction to checking stats and assuming these numbers reflect my worth as a human being... I fell back into old habits. I call the obsessive checking of stats "the loop" that we can all get stuck into sometimes. Sound familiar? You check your website stats. You check your social media likes. You check your YouTube subscribers. You check your podcast downloads. You check your sales notifications. Then it starts all over again with your website stats, social media, YouTube, podcast, sales... Your loop might be a little different based on what your business or career looks like. But being stuck in this stat-checking loop keeps us from doing the work that can move the needle on these stats. Ironic, I know. Plus, when you're stressing out about the stats and what they mean about your value as a human being... It crushes your creativity, your joy, and your ability to be present with those you love. Time to unhook from the unhealthy algorithms that influence so many of our lives. You are incredible, no matter what the numbers are doing today or this year. [image] Try this tip! Are you using AccessAlly’s Teams yet? Here’s an example of what that is again: You can sell your program to a single member with 10 licenses (or any number you want). That means that member can now invite 10 other members to participate in your program. [image]() Now your original purchaser may also want to lead and guide their members through your program. That’s what we call a Team Leader. You can take it a step further, by allowing your Team Leaders to reply to questions and comments submitted by their Team Members.
