There's a giant buffet of information and entertainment out there, but I think most of us are still starving. We're starving for real sustenance. The type of reality that you can't get from a screen or a thumbs up on a post. Yes, we all get that little dopamine hit every time that we publish or respond to something on social media... And we do enjoy a good melodrama or hot take, too. But at the end of the day, most of us are not really "connecting" the way that social media promises to connect us. We're not getting the deep satisfaction we yearn for. So what's the solution to our insatiable need to scroll, auto-playing the next episode, and binging? I think it's switching from consumption to production. It's a lot easier to watch something than to film something. A lot easier to scroll than to write a long-form piece. But there is some reward in the doing. Even if it takes more energy (both mentally and physically) to create something... When you create and generate and produce, it puts you in a brain-rewiring mode of growth. We're all a little obsessed with growth in our society, but in this case, when you are growing yourself and your skill set, it can only lead to good things. It's why I'm so gung-ho about helping people create online courses. There are only so many online courses you can purchase before you realize that it's time to step up and create your own. If you've been wanting to create a course, or your next course is still sitting in a lonely Google doc waiting for your attention... Then take this hunger and flip it into growing food. AccessAlly can help you make it happen. It's the most flexible and powerful way to build a course, membership, or community-based business. Plus it's designed to grow and evolve with you as you inevitably will. [( Let your content inputs feed you, and nourish your community by sharing your own insights and teachings. -Nathalie "satisfied" Lussier You're receiving this email because you've subscribed to updates from AccessAlly.
