Traveling to exciting destinations, growing your experience across different types of work, doing work that makes a difference and using the latest technology round out the top five on-the-job benefits most important for your career and/or personal growth. Enjoying a flexible work schedule and being mentored by industry experts were important to 6 percent and 2 percent of respondents, respectively.
