This followed a drug-induced sexual encounter with two men. Kemper confessed to the authorities last week that she had indulged in narcotics and engaged in a threesome at the Hammock Beach resort in Palm Coast, Florida. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office revealed that Kemper made the decision to leave her son in the room with a 60-year-old man while she exited with the other man on the night of September 9.
