I turned off anybody—and everybody who was NOT a monster of execution. I only REALLY played to those few people there, who possessed an “obsessive-almost“ prejudice towards action. I further cut through to only really try and meaningfully connect with those rarified few entrepreneurs who were true leaders—and not industry followers. If they were absolutely NOT wedded to traditional/linear thinking— they loved my methodology and invigorating, fresh, new Hypergrowth Business Worldview. If they were stuck in “paradigm prison“ (and merely following the competitive herd), doing the same things—the very same ways as every other company—they were not at all impacted by what I shared. On the other hand, a full one-third of those participants that I resonated with met with us—privately to evaluate the full economic impact my playbook approach should— (not could)—deliver—to their future business growth dynamic. I shared my proprietary methodology as a daring experiment. I know that there are two categories of entrepreneurs: The ones that continually do things—and typically do them far differently—making unimaginable growth and success happen.
