Lo and behold, a few months later and our Christmas boxes are full with glorious organic parsnips. A few weeks ago Nick took to the fields with many hands to begin hand plucking them out of the soil. Diana is a local woman who’s seen many a harvest over the years and just “loves getting the winter crops out.” With festive fare from the fields of Norfolk, our yellow vans will be dashing to your door – quite possibly through the snow by the time the big day rolls around!
