I have quite a few thoughts on that. Let me explain. Grassley stand on stage with Donald Trump and enthusiastically accept his "complete and total endorsement." I watched Sen. Grassley fervently defend Donald Trump's attempts to use the Department of Justice to overturn our free and fair election. I even watched Sen. Grassley proudly promote conspiracy theories about the Jan. 6 insurrection at a town hall here in Iowa. After 47 years in Washington, Sen. Grassley has turned his back on Iowans in favor of conspiracy theories and lies. He has taken marching orders from the de facto leader of his party. He has lost his backbone when it comes to protecting our democracy. It makes sense that only 27% of likely Iowa voters want to reelect Sen. Grassley to an eighth term. This is why our campaign to defeat Sen. Grassley is so important â and why I must ask you to make your very first donation to meet our urgent midnight fundraising goal.
