I've got a lot on my mind after our appeal to the Iowa Supreme Court yesterday, but I have a couple of minutes to spare and want to give you an update on where our campaign stands. Right now, Republicans are doing everything they can to kick me off the ballot â but we are doing everything we can to fight back. Their meritless case rests on just a few signatures that had minor errors in the associated date. But Iowa law doesnât state that signatures can be invalidated because of a missing date. They are literally making up reasons to silence the voices of Iowans and undermine democracy while spending thousands against us to do so. Let's be clear here: this campaign has met every single requirement to be on the ballot for U.S. Senate. The Secretary of Stateâs Office affirmed it, and the bipartisan State Objections Panel affirmed it. I intend to be on the ballot and defeat Sen. Chuck Grassley on Election Day.
