ABA English: Friday Message | Hello! I hope you’re well. Your progress: Beginners Today we?

ABA English: Friday Message | [ABA English]( [Friday Message 15/12/2017 Must]( Hello! I hope you’re well. Your progress: Beginners [Continue studying]( Today we’re going to look at the modal verbs “must” and “mustn’t”. As you probably already know, “must” expresses obligation and “mustn’t” expresses prohibition. Look at some rules you might find on a piece of paper on the wall in a classroom where people are studying English. You must listen to the teacher. You must do your homework. You must try to speak in English at all times. You must follow the teacher’s instructions. You mustn’t chew gum. You mustn’t shout. You mustn’t speak when the teacher is speaking. You mustn’t run in the classroom. The most important rule when studying English in a classroom is “You must try to speak in English at all times”! A good rule for online students is “You must try to write to your teacher in English at all times” ;) Remember the above rule next time you write to your teacher :) Have a lovely weekend.
