Is he really going to save “free speech” for Americans, or global users of Twitter, by walking into their headquarters carrying a sink? His own tweet read “entering Twitter HQ — let that sink in!” The idea is about as campy as him declaring on Saturday Night Live that he was the first host to ever announce publicly he’s on the Asperger's spectrum. Well, I guess it worked. I’m writing about him today, yeah? “Free speech is essential to a functioning democracy,” Musk tweeted on March 26, 2022, when the whole saga began to get serious traction by the mainstream press. Far be it for us to defile his efforts. This morning, we read an interesting piece in Revolver detailing meticulously (over 20 pages) how even if Musk is successful in his acquisition – which we’ll know by tomorrow if he is – Twitter is still small enough in stature to still get canceled by Google and Amazon, among other players in the tech space. Tesla, too, has been whacked recently in the stock market. What’s in store if Musk is successful in the Twitter bid? A bathtub? If nothing else, he’s as entertaining to watch as he is to write about. We bring this Musk/Twitter saga up again today for another reason. You’ll recall yesterday, we were pondering why our guest this week, Dr. Joseph Mercola made his way to the top of The Guardian’s “Disinformation Dozen” list during the early days of the pandemic. One of the platforms he was disengaged from was Twitter. Joseph’s view of Musk is nuanced, as he mentions in passing. Dr. Mercola: Just this year, The New York Times did an hour documentary on me to try to discredit me again. That was only the second one that they've done this year. The first one was on Elon Musk. I feel like I'm in good company, and the vilification and discrediting they've hurled at me is probably one of the biggest badges of honor I've ever gotten, to be recognized as literally, or really in doublespeak, the most significant person telling the truth about COVID-19, or the reality is the most significant voice that was a threat to their narrative. But,” There’s always a “but”, Mercola goes on: He's got a lot of negatives on him because he's really involved with projects like Neuralink, which is transhumanism, which seems to be one of the goals of the global cabal, transhumanism for sure. I mean, he was a fan of crypto, but in some ways he's supported things that lead to universal basic income and central bank digital currencies, CBDCs. So he's got some problems. And put it this way, no one gets to acquire that much wealth without cooperating with the global cabal. They can make or break you. They don't let you get that big unless you're cooperating. They just don't. There's just no way. Mercola goes on to assert there’s no way Musk is the richest guy in the world. Forbes magazine may say he is “but that's a bunch of baloney.” Again, Mercola: I actually heard him say it once. He referred to Putin as being wealthier than him because he has so much control and they control power. But the reality is that there's families that have been around for centuries that make him look like a pauper. But they don't want you to know it. The Rothschilds would be a classic example, but there are others. There are many others who have far more wealth than Elon does. I’m curious about most of these gentlemen because things they say and do move markets. What they say about each other don’t often get repeated. Follow your own bliss.
