When it comes to real estate, it’s all fun and games until it’s time for the paper work. Things have a tendency NOT to go as planned BUT I have a solution. [Here it is … NO Charge]( You see, Hilary and I were out driving around up at the lake and we found a PERFECT parcel of land to grow our brick and mortar business. We called the owner and he came down. His name is Chuck and he is 93 years young. He wanted us to make him an offer before his wife "turned up again." Turns out he got himself jammed up with a trophy wife thirty years his junior and he was itching to unload that property and squirrel the money away. What I really wanted was an option contract but it was a Saturday and my attorney wasn’t available. Then, I had a stroke of genius (it happens, but usually it’s Hilary). Duh, I’ll call my buddy, Cody. He’s doing over a hundred deals a month! [Here is what he sent me]( He was happy to send me his contracts and when I saw them I was blown away. It’s obvious he spent a FORTUNE having them drawn up. Then I thought about how much money I could save you if you didn’t have to fuss with an attorney every time you wanted to submit an offer or sell a property. [So, here they are](. Cody said it was OK for me to share so you can thank him ;) I gotta run so I can get this done before Chuck’s wife resurfaces and says "No." Turns out she doesn’t want to sell until … Stacy .
