Please see disclosures below. TSLA - Elon Musk implies Warren Buffett should invest in Tesla, stock making a flagpole pattern ahead of investor day On Saturday night, Elon Musk replied to a tweet asking what Warren Buffett should do with the $128 billion in cash Berkshire Hathaway was holding. Here was Elon’s reply: Not only that but New Street Research analyst Pierre Ferragu tweeted that a rumored Model 2 Sedan could increase Tesla’s revenue to $400B by 2030 ahead of the company’s Investor Day to be held on March 1. TSLA is making a flagpole pattern and the Investor Day could be a catalyst to send the stock for another leg higher. After running over 100% in around 6 weeks to start the year, TSLA has spent the last 3 weeks consolidating around the $200 area. If the flagpole pattern plays out TSLA could break out above the $220 resistance area towards $240 and fill the gap to $265.25 above that. A failure to hold above $200 puts $180, $160 and then $150 in play to the downside. LHDX - Up over 200% after receiving FDA approval Lucira Health announced in the after hours that the FDA has authorized its over-the-counter, at-home test to detect both influenza and COVID-19. Having previously announced that they would pursue a strategic sale of its business through voluntary Chapter 11, the stock was sold off heavily. Perhaps the surprise announcement this morning has trapped some shorts. According to Finviz, based on Friday’s close, the stock had a market cap of only $5 million with 1.46 million shares short out of the 36.67 million share float. The pre-market high of $0.52 will be the first test for bulls this morning. Above it, targets to the upside are $0.60, $0.70, $0.80 and $0.87 above that. If the stock catches, $1 could be in the cards. Below $0.52 there is potential support at the $0.38 area with the next targets being $0.30 and then $0.20. MLEC - Up over 50% in pre-market on no apparent news Moolec Science (MLEC) is up over 50% on no apparent news this morning. The stock broke out of a multi-week range on Friday and it has continued higher in the pre-market. Perhaps the low float here is at play because according to Finviz the company has only 2.52 million shares in the float. This should be a great trader today given the range and low float. $10 which was support in the pre-market should be an important pivot level today. Above it, targets to the upside are $11 then $12 and $13, with the pre-market high at $14.83. A break above that has major resistance levels at $15.59 and then $17.90. Below $10 the next major potential support level is $8 with Friday’s high at $7.30 and a gap to fill at $6.60. Today's Economic Calendar (EST), provided by [tradingeconomics.com]( To Your Success!
