[Get prepared...]( Learn Jason’s top strategies and get his favorite ideas LIVE [Thursday at 1PM ET]( in the Wall Street 360 chat room: CORZ - Over 50% higher in pre-market as B. Riley Financial proposes a debt restructuring to avoid bankruptcy Core Scientific (CORZ) was up over 70% in the last hour of regular trade yesterday after announcing the news. It was trading over 50% higher above that this morning in the pre-market. Given that CORZ was trading above $11 earlier this year, it has tremendous bounce potential. It was trading at $0.15 before the news. The $0.30 - $0.33 area acted as support in the pre-market this morning and is a likely pivot point. Above it potential targets to the upside are $0.42 and the after-hours high of $0.48. Above that, there is a large gap to fill at $1.01. Below $0.30 the next potential support is at $0.23 - $0.25, which would be a gap fill from yesterday’s close. This move started around $0.15. TTNP - Up 12% in pre-market after non-binding LOI to complete reverse merger with a leading developer in advanced air mobility Given that this is a non-binding LOI, Titan Pharmaceuticals has not yet revealed the name of the company it has signed an LOI with. However, if the deal does become binding, this would be a transformational transaction for the company. How much weight market participants give to this “non-binding” agreement today will be interesting but this is one to keep an eye on. After the rejection at $1.15 in the pre-market, TTNP is hovering above $1 on light volume. $1 is a potential pivot point and has acted as support over the past few days. Above it there is potential resistance at $1.08/$1.09 and the pre-market high at $1.15. Above that the next major targets would be potential resistance levels at $1.20 and $1.40. Below $1, there is a gap to fill at $0.9638 and potential support at $0.90 and $.83. MRNA - Moderna continues to show relative strength after cancer vaccine met primary endpoint Despite the market weakness post the Hawkish FED commentary yesterday, MRNA continues to find demand and closed yesterday 5.78% higher. It is now over 26% higher after announcing on Tuesday that its personalized mRNA cancer vaccine met its primary efficacy endpoint in a Phase 2b trial. The $207 area looks like it will be an important pivot point today. Above it, the next target to the upside would be yesterday’s high and resistance level of $217.25. Above that the next targets would be $228 and $240. Below $207, $200 is an important psychological level that might need to be tested, with potential support levels at $196 and $192.54 below that. $187.50 was a major prior resistance level that could be tested for potential support. Below that there is a gap to fill at $165.13.
