(PLL) is a development stage company that engages in the exploration and development of resource projects in the United States. Before the pre-market this morning, the [company announced]( that the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s ("NCDEQ") Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources ("DEMLR") had issued an approval of mining permit for the construction, operation, and reclamation of the proposed Carolina Lithium project in Gaston County, North Carolina. Piedmont Lithium President and CEO Keith Phillips stated  "We plan to develop Carolina Lithium as one of the lowest-cost, most sustainable lithium hydroxide operations in the world, and as a critical part of the American electric vehicle supply chain” The stock traded up over 20% in the pre-market after the news. The $15 area has acted as support in the pre-market and will be an important level to watch. Above it, targets to the upside are $15.80, $16.50, and then the pre-market high at $17. Beyond that, targets to the upside are $18.50, $20 and then $22.50. Below $15, targets to the downside are $13.50 and then a gap fill at $12.68. SNGX - Up over 40% in pre after receiving FDA Orphan Drug Designation for the prevention and post-exposure Prophylaxis against Marburg Marburgvirus infection Soligenix Inc. (SNGX) is a late-stage biopharmaceutical company that focuses on developing and commercializing products to treat rare diseases in the United States. In the pre-market this morning, the [company announced]( that the Office of Orphan Products Development of the United States (U.S.) Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted orphan drug designation to the active ingredient in MarVax™, the subunit protein vaccine of recombinantly expressed Marburg marburgvirus (MARV) glycoprotein, for "the prevention and post-exposure prophylaxis against MARV infection." In addition to providing a seven-year term of market exclusivity upon final FDA approval, orphan drug designation also positions Soligenix to be able to leverage a wide range of financial and regulatory benefits, including government grants for conducting clinical trials. The stock traded up over 40% in the pre-market after the news. The $0.66 area acted as resistance in the pre-market and now becomes a potential support level. Above it, the first target for bulls is the pre-market high at $0.7690. Beyond that, $.80, $.90, $1 and $1.20 come into play. Markets are higher this morning due to the less than feared scale of the conflict so far, and small cap Israeli stocks are gapping higher in sympathy to the weekend’s events. PRZO is up over 15% and SPCB is up over 25%. $1.20 acted as support in the pre-market and will be an important level to watch. Above it, targets to the upside are $1.33 and then the pre-market high at $1.45. Beyond that, $1.50, $1.60 and $1.87 come into play.
