The 20i FOSS Awards To celebrate the best Free and Open Source Software (FOSS), vote for your favourite self-hosted apps in the 20i FOSS Awards! The 20i FOSS Awards recognise the best open source projects that make our lives easier, and honour those developers keep them going. We've nominated our favourite FOSS in categories like Ecommerce, CMS, Knowledge and Documentation, CRM and Support, Project Management, Email, Community and Social, and Analytics. [Platform Transfer]( Platform Transfer Updated We've updated the [Platform Transfer]( tool UI in response to your feedback. It now shows both the platform that the current package is on (e.g. WordPress, Linux, VPS), and the location of its origin data centre (UK or USA). It shows this as soon as you choose the package to transfer, making it a more straightforward process. The Platform Transfer tool is used to move packages between hosting platforms: from Linux to WordPress Hosting, or WordPress to Managed Hosting, for example. My20i Improvements We've updated the user interfaces of our Account, Security and Web Tools sections in My20i. These updates are aimed at improving your user experience - so any [feedback]( would be welcomed. [Status messages]( Better Hosting Status Notifications We've improved news alerts about the 20i platform within My20i, on the [Contact Customer Services]( page, making them more dynamic. You'll now get more information about planned maintenance updates or issues. The messages will change as we carry out our essential work - avoiding the necessity to visit StackStatus.com.
