The Senate on Wednesday commenced the screening of nominees submitted by President Muhammadu Buhari. The Upper Legislative House was able to screen 10 out of the 43 nominees sent by the President.
Although it looked like a fast pace on Wednesday, the Senate has been giving out free passes to most of the nominees.
As is customary, the Senate always allow former legislators to 'take a bow and go'. Consequently, with a list full of former legislators, the rate of 'take a bow and go' has been high. [Read more](
