The Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo on Friday, May 3 inspected the ongoing construction work on the second Niger Bridge in Onitsha and confirmed the Federal Government will ensure its speedy completion.

The Commander-General of Kano Hisbah, Nabahani Usman, has said from Monday, May 6 when Ramadan begins, his officials will arrest adults caught eating in public.
Usman said arrested persons would only be released if they can provide an exemption letter from a medical doctor or the person can show proof of chronic ulcer.
