The New York Times decided to publish an article directly attacking 18-year-old Chloe Cole for bravely telling her story ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏   [CFAL Logo]( [Newspaper Clipping]( Fellow Patriot, The New York Times decided to publish an article directly attacking 18-year-old Chloe Cole for bravely telling her story about de-transitioning and fighting to protect children from the lies and coercion that leftist medical professionals are peddling. That’s right. The New York Times published a hit piece on an 18-year-old girl who was lied to, coerced into surgically “transitioning” before she was old enough to buy tickets to an R-rated movie. Physicians at Kaiser Permanente put Chloe on puberty blockers and testosterone when she was just 13 years old. Then they performed a radical double mastectomy on her when she was just 15 years old. And we’re suing Kaiser as well as the individual doctors that did this to her – but we won’t win without patriots like you.   Will you consider making a generous, tax-deductible gift to set a precedent nationwide holding doctors responsible for experimenting on vulnerable kids? [MAKE THEM PAY](   Chloe dared to take on one of the most powerful and profitable institutions in our country, knowing what a steep, uphill battle was before her. Instead of offering a modicum of compassion—a scintilla of humanity—the New York Times belittled and smeared this brave young woman dismissing her experience as rare or “few.” But Chloe’s story is becoming less rare by the day as more and more de-transitioners, inspired by her courage, are now speaking out too. I can’t tell you how many calls I get from de-transitioners like Chloe. But because of relatively short statutes of limitations across the country, very few de-transitioners can file a lawsuit against the doctors and hospitals who “treated” them as minors—a nuance notably missing from the drivel published by the New York Times. The New York Times would like you to believe that our clients Chloe Cole and Layla Jane are just two isolated incidents. But this is pure gaslighting by the New York Times because whether it is one child or one thousand, no child deserves to have their body permanently mutilated by medical professionals they should have been able to trust. That’s why we’re suing Kaiser – and why we have to win. …Because we believe in the dignity of every person, including those despised by the radical leftists in legacy media. …And because we have the opportunity to put a stop to the performance of these barbaric medical procedures on children today. We need to set an example and show doctors and hospitals in every state that there are consequences for misleading minors and their families. But as one of the largest providers in the country, Kaiser has millions of dollars to throw at this lawsuit, and we know this victory won’t be easily won.   Will you consider making a generous, tax-deductible gift to set a precedent nationwide holding doctors responsible for experimenting on vulnerable kids? [MAKE THEM PAY](   My name is Harmeet Dhillon and I founded the Center for American Liberty to protect our constitutional rights and to fight for people just like Chloe Cole and Layla Jane. You may think we don’t stand a chance against a big corporation like Kaiser, with more money on hand than we’ve raised in the history of our organization, but you couldn’t be more wrong. We’ve taken on case after case that no one thought we could win, and we did. In fact, in the last two years we’ve won THREE cases at the United States Supreme Court against California Governor Gavin Newsom. I know we can declare another crucial victory in Chloe Cole’s case too, but we don’t stand a chance without you. Every dollar helps! We don’t get a dime from the federal government, and we take on some of the most powerful and connected entities in the country. We depend on a grassroots movement of patriots giving what they can when they can, and rest assured every dollar makes a difference.   Which is why I’m asking you to join the fight with a donation of $25, $50, or more right now. [MAKE THEM PAY](   We can’t change what happened to Chloe, but we can make sure it never happens to another child again. And with your help, we can make that victory a reality. Sincerely, Harmeet K. Dhillon Founder & CEO [Harmeet Dhillon] P.S. The New York Times published a hit piece aimed directly at Chloe Cole because she’s been brave enough to speak out and fight back. We cannot allow the radical Left and its allies in legacy media to silence women like Chloe and Layla Jane who are trying to sound the alarm about the dangers of “gender-affirming care” for minors. That’s why our lawsuits against Kaiser Permanente and the doctors who coerced Chloe and Layla are so important. Please consider joining the fight with a generous, tax-deductible gift of $25 or more today.
