Far too many of our country’s K-12 students are INDOCTRINATED rather than EDUCATED. ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ This sponsored message from 1600 Daily is on behalf of Hillsdale College Dear Friend of Liberty,  Greetings from Hillsdale, Michigan!  My name is Bill Gray, and I’m reaching out to you today as both a graduate of Hillsdale College and someone who works to expand the College’s efforts to pursue truth and defend liberty nationwide.   You might not know this, but it’s a task that has only grown harder over the years. Far too many of our country’s K-12 students are INDOCTRINATED rather than EDUCATED.  In schools across the country, kids learn American history...but it’s being taught through the lens of dangerous ideologies like critical race theory. The result? More and more young Americans are conditioned to look past our common humanity to categorize people according to characteristics like race.  You’ve probably seen the battles over our children’s K-12 education play out in headlines and heated school board meetings across the country. And it’s a promising sign that we’ve watched candidates surge to victory while promising to return greater control to parents.  Today, though, I want to make sure you have the chance to let your voice be heard on what’s happening in YOUR community. After all, no one knows the local schools better than those who call it home.  The survey is only a few simple questions long.  Here’s the first question as a preview: “Do you think that American civics education, especially the teaching of American history, is at a crisis point?”  We’ve created a secure page for you [HERE](, where you can share your thoughts. You can also follow the link below to take your survey. If you could take it in the next couple of days, the team and I at Hillsdale would really appreciate it:  [(  Your survey answers will help us understand how you see the situation in your backyard and what you think your children should learn.   And your answers will inform our efforts to restore excellence to K-12 education (especially in the critical subjects of American history and civics). This work will impact millions of communities nationwide just like yours for the better by passing on America’s great heritage of liberty to current and future generations.  I know you’re busy, so we have made sure this survey is short and to the point.  Enjoy the rest of your day, and thank you in advance for your opinions!  With appreciation,  Bill Gray Class of 2001 Vice President National Donor Outreach Hillsdale College 1600 Daily 625 First Street #183, Alexandria, VA 22314 [unsubscribe]( | [manage data preferences](
