Barton, Jr. Dear 10-Minute Millionaire Reader, Here are a few things I'll be watching for this week... - Boeing's (BA) Woes: The second crash of BA's best-selling 737 Max 8 during the last year, this one in Ethiopia. The stock is responding even more negatively because China has grounded all of this model of aircraft. Premarket, the stock is trading down -12%. Boeing has been one of the true stock stars of the Dow, and has been up 200% since early 2017. The short-term implications of safety concerns for the new technology will likely not be clear for some time, so I don't expect a quick snapback for the stock. My expectation is that it will recover in due time. - Earnings #1: Broadcom (AVGO) which reports on Thursday after the close. I've talked a lot about the "haves" vs. the "have nots" - and AVGO has been one of the "haves" among the beleaguered semiconductor stocks. There are no other big chip stocks reporting in the near future, so AVGO could set the pace for the semiconductor sector for the next several weeks.
